An open casting call for models was held in Dartmouth and Halifax for those looking to strut their stuff on the runway at the upcoming October 6 International Fashion Week Gala at Casino Nova Scotia. This will be a major fundraiser for the Canadian Cancer Society. The show is being spearheaded by Rosalind Wornam who is an Essence Magazine Model and CEO for Queen & Company Inc., Women on the Rise and local Author and Cancer Survivor, Bridget Williams. The show will highlight the fashion designs of Toria Aidoo, Taisha Hicks and many more! This promises to be a very special event. Mark October 6th.
