It Takes A Village Community Outreach and Advocacy had it first year Anniversary in September 2022.

This has been a tremendous year of ventures and creating platforms for our future growth. We had our first official Board meeting on January 22, 2022. We want to foster a caring and supportive community that inspires others to get engaged. We have embarked on new initiatives and engage in a number of meetings, conferences, and workshop. The number of events (projects/missions) have been impactful in the continued support to our communities in need.

We aim to direct involvement with the people we care for and to better learn about their challenges, concerns, and how to better serve them.

Covid and Mental Health

Disadvantaged communities have experienced particularly severe impacts due to covid. Mental health impact of coronavirus pandemic hits marginalized groups hardest. This affects children to seniors.

We started our membership drive 2022. Always looking for volunteers that are like minded in community initiatives for change.

This is why we do what we do. We are community and we care.
