TRY SAVING A LIFE TODAY

Bridget C. Williams

I have been noticing a massive amount of outcry on social media from people who are depressed, anxiety, and other mental illness.  This should be taken seriously and not over looked. If you have any of these disorders seek help.   You can function with mental illness   Please post the suicide prevention to your site as a precaution.   It’s important to note that most people who actively manage their mental health conditions lead fulfilling lives. You are not a burden when you are trying to seek help.   Be upfront and honest with your family or friends.  People care and want to help you.   This is for everyone.
